HOTEL REGULATIONS

Dear guests,

We wish an unforgettable experience here at Tresor Le Palais, which is why we have established a series of principles and regulations that we kindly ask you to embrace during and after your stay.

Reservation

The reservation is made on the website www.tresorlepalais.ro or at one of the telephone  numbers :+40-(0)256228754 sau +40-(0)256228755.

The reservations will be guaranteed with a valid credit card number at the time of reservation or an anticipated payment. In case of no show, the hotel reserve its right to collect the first night payment and free the room for the rest of the period reserved.

The politics of the hotel restaurant, L’Aventure, regarding the guests that do not have a reservation is to serve the guests in the order of arrival.

It is recommended to be made a reservation for the dinner, even if you are a guest of the hotel.

For reservation, please call the telephone number: +40-(0)256228754 or interior restaurant that can be called from the room.

The reservation will be held only 20 minutes since the time that has been reserved.

For the services TRESOR LE PALAIS SPA, it is recommended that the reservation to be made at least 24h before at the telephone number: +40-(0)256228754  or interior Reception that can be called from the room.

Cancellation of the reservation

Any request for room reservation cancellation should be sent in write to the e-mail address: office@tresorlepalais.ro at least 24 hours before check-in time.

Rates

Tresor Le Palais rates differ by room type, availability, day or season, as well as the number of people occupying the room (more details on the reservation page).

Arrival and departure

Check-in hours start at 15:00 hours.

Check-out can be made until 12:00 hours.

If the room is desired on the first day of stay before 15:00, the request will be honored subject to availability.

If on the last day of the stay the rooms are vacated after 12.00, a late check out may be offered subject to availability at no extra cost until 14:00 and 100% of the value of the night’s accommodation will be charged for exceeding the time. 14:00.

Guests who vacate the rooms until 12.00 can leave their luggage at the reception, in a space dedicated to this service, for a period of 6 hours at no extra cost.

For luggage left at the reception for more than 6 hours, storage costs will be charged.

If guests’ luggage remains in the room after check-out from 12 noon or 2 pm, respectively, in case of a late check-out, 100% of the price of one night’s accommodation will be charged.

These customer requests will be clarified and honored only to the extent that the hotel does not have firm confirmations for those accommodations.

Accommodation

All children are welcome.

Children aged 0-12 will be accommodated free of charge when using existing bedding.

For children under 2 years there is the possibility of offering, subject to availability, a baby cot.

Please let us know when you make a reservation if you need a baby cot so that we can honor your request, subject to availability.

All children under 18 years are charged EUR 25 per night for extra beds

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

The room types that can accommodate extra beds or baby cots are superior, executive or deluxe rooms, as well as the Prestige suite or the Tresor suite.

Please let us know when booking if you need an extra baby bed so that we can meet your request, subject to availability.

Signage

For additional requests during your stay, you can use the signage on the tablets with which the rooms are equipped:

  • activating the DND (do not disturb) button, then only with your permission, the staff will enter the room to check the utilities and cleanliness, between 7.00 – 15.00, at the time set by you and communicated at the hotel reception, if the button is activated housekeeping cards and technically do not work, so their access is restricted to your room
  • activating the Make my room button – with this message you request cleaning the room.

Extra guests

You can receive guests or guests in your room between 08:00 and 22:00, at no extra cost. If you receive guests between 22:00 and 08:00, there will be a difference of rate that has to be coveredand they have to register at the reception by filling in the accommodation form.

Dress Code

Tresor Le Palais does not practice a special dress code, but we recommend decency and respect for both other guests and staff.

People dressed in bathrobes, swimsuits, T-shirts and shorts and wearing slippers will not be accepted in the restaurant and hotel reception.

Access to the pool area or the Spa area is allowed only in a bathing suit, clean slippers, towel, bathrobe, helmet.

It is forbidden the access to the swimming pool and the Spa area to people with dermatological and infectious diseases, as well as the access of unaccompanied or unsupervised minors under 14 years of age.

Methods of payment

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), cash payment (RON) or bank transfer are accepted for payment for Tresor Le Palais services.

In the latter case, please present the PO of the bank to the accommodation.

In addition to the contracts already concluded, we inform you that the payment or pre-authorization of the card is made at the time of accommodation (check-in).

If you wish to make payment at the end of your stay, a deposit must be made by card or cash for the period and accommodation required.

In the case of a bank transfer, payment must be made in advance on the basis of the proforma invoice.

Bonuses and service costs

Bonuses for hotel staff are at the discretion of the guests.

Smoking

Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside of the Tresor Le Palais hotel, according to the applicable legislation in force (law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by law 15/2016). Tresor Le Palais has outdoor smoking areas.

Tresor Le Palais offers non smoking rooms only. If the provisions of this regulation are not respected, a fee of 250 euros / night representing the room cleaning services will be applied.

Pets

The general rule does not allow people accompanied by animals and birds to stay in the hotel.

Pets of any size or species are not allowed in the restaurants and SPA center.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Breakfast is served at Restaurant L’Aventure on the ground floor of the hotel, between:

  • 00 to 11.00 a.m. (Monday to Friday)
  • 00 to 11.00 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday)

You can invite anyone to serve breakfast with you, but it is mandatory for each guest to pay the equivalent, to comply with the rules of conduct and to have a decent attire.

For guests not staying in the hotel, breakfast costs 15 EUR / person (the Bank of Transylvania exchange rate will be used on that day)

In the L’Aventure restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, open daily from 12:00 to 23:00, you can enjoy lunch and / or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

If you want to have a coffee or a cocktail, you can also opt for the bar area on the ground floor of the hotel.

For meals with the default menu (e.g. events, etc.), the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by paying an advance. It is lost in case of non-fulfillment of the reservation made.

Room Service

Room service is available on request at the following times:

  •  7.00 and 10.30 a.m. (Monday to Friday) – breakfast
  •  8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday) – breakfast
  •  12:00 and 23:00 (Monday to Sunday) – L’Aventure restaurant.

Pool

The hotel’s outdoor pool is open from April to October from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday.

Parking space and cars

Tresor Le Palais offers its customers, subject to availability, 100 parking spaces – above ground.

Although we take all precautions, we do not take responsibility for theft or damage to the surface of our property. To avoid these inconveniences, do not leave valuables inside cars. 

Security of personal items

Hotel Tresor Le Palais is equipped with approved electronic systems for monitoring room access and opening safes.

We recommend using the safes available in the rooms for storing valuables. We do not assume any responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the Tresor Le Palais.

Special assistance

Our desire is to ensure the best conditions for people with disabilities.

Most of the hotel’s spaces are accessible.

If you need special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can offer you a pleasant stay. 

Confidentiality of information

We will never use your name or other information about you without prior consent. You will be able to let us know if you would like to receive this information in the future.

Processing of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the processing of personal data and their free movement, S.C. DANGERS SRL has the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for determined, explicit and legitimate purposes, the personal data provided to it by individual clients and the representative images.

SC DANGERS SRL with headquarters in TIMISOARA, 18 Radu Tudoran Street processes personal data in order to provide hotel services, for the following purposes:

  • Reservation of rooms and other hotel services; the processing of personal data is based on a legal obligation;
  • Confirmation of reservations and pre-authorization of the card, having as processing the legitimate interest of the hotel;
  • Invoicing of hotel services, having as processing basis the legal obligations;
  • To communicate with you for various purposes such as finding out what your views are on our services, resolving various complaints or providing personalized services, provided in a timely manner, in electronic or telephone format, having as legal basis for processing the legitimate interest of the hotel;
  • Providing information by e-mail, special offers, events and / or other forms of advertising, having as legal basis for processing the consent;
  • Providing information by email or telephone, regarding forgotten objects, receiving packages, messages, having as legal basis for processing in legitimate interest.

TRESOR LE PALAIS customers provide the data requested by S.C. DANGERS SRL in order to carry out or initiate legal relations with the company, in compliance with the legal provisions.

The refusal of individuals to provide this data determines the inability of our company to provide you with the requested services, making it impossible to comply with the requirements of special regulations in the hotel and tax field.

Consent regarding the processing of personal data (phone number, email address) is given voluntarily. This consent may be revoked at any time, with subsequent effect by a free notice to S.C. DANGERS SRL. The notification of revocation of consent can be made for example by e-mail to office@tresorlepalais.ro. Please note that the revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the use of data before the withdrawal of consent (notification has no retroactive effect) . If the consent is not given or has been revoked, we will be unable to provide the requested services and personal data will not be used for communication, marketing and feedback. If you have questions about this statement of consent or data protection by S.C. In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016, individuals have the following rights: the right to receive information on the processing of personal data and a copy of processed data, the right to intervene, to oppose, to rectify, to withdraw any moment of consent, the right to request the deletion of data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, you can contact our data protection officer at any time at the e-mail address: office@tresorlepalais.ro by a written request, dated and signed, which will mention the data on which the right is requested.

Personal data belonging to TRESOR LE PALAIS customers are processed in good faith and in accordance with the legal provisions in force. They are collected only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and further processing will not be incompatible with those purposes.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the rights of the data subject. The persons whose data are processed, have the right to obtain from S.C. DANGERS SRL upon request and free of charge, their rectification, updating, blocking or deletion, insofar as the processing does not comply with EU Regulation 679/2016 or the data are incomplete or inaccurate.

The data subject has the right to object at any time, for justified and legitimate reasons, to the data concerning him being processed, with the exceptions provided by law. In the event of justified opposition, the processing of the data may no longer target the data in question. The data subject also has the right to object, at any time and free of charge, without any justification, to the data concerning him being processed for direct marketing purposes, on behalf of the Operator or his third party or be disclosed to third parties. For this, the data subject will address a written request, dated and signed, and the measures taken by the Operator will be communicated within 15 days from the date of the request.

Environmental protection policy

Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us, so we promote a responsible attitude in this regard.

Detergents used for washing and sterilizing linen, towels, tablecloths and bathrobes are biodegradable, and saving them means better preservation of the environment.

Linen is changed at two days of accommodation or at the request of the client. Towels are changed daily. To signal your desire to change linen and towels, please leave them on the floor or in the bathtub.

Disputes and complaints

We reserve the right to debit the card of our guests, regardless of their wishes, in at least the following cases:

  • left the hotel premises without paying for the services of Tresor Le Palais from which they benefited;
  • caused degradation or destruction;
  • they left with objects that do not belong to them and whose equivalent value they did not pay at the reception;
  • did not cancel the reservation within the set deadline.
  • have smoked inside the hotel or in the rooms, although smoking is prohibited

Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise as a result of the application of these terms and conditions, we will try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the Timisoara justice courts. 

Indesirable clients blacklist

The customer must comply with hotel usage. He will have to respect the peace in the hotel, restaurant and SPA center, as well as the norms of social and moral coexistence.

The client of Tresor Le Palais must also take care of the property entrusted to him during the accommodation.

Any violation of hotel customs or moral norms and social coexistence gives the hotelier the right to terminate the contract / accommodation immediately, without any notice.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, serving in the restaurant and access to our property of drunk, rude or turbulent customers, who by their attitude harm the image of the hotel or disturb other customers. The equivalent value of any destruction or degradation of the material goods belonging to Tresor Le Palais will be borne by those guilty of their production.

We reserve the right to forcibly evacuate unwanted customers from our hotel, restaurant or property.

Taking into account the above, we reserve the right to select our customers.

Alcoholic beverages

It is forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages from outside the restaurant, without the prior consent of the management.

The restaurant reserves the right to stop serving people who are drunk or who have already consumed alcohol in larger quantities and become recalcitrant.

Services offered

Guests staying at Tresor Le Palais benefit from a preferential offer of free and paid services. For paid services, you can get additional information at the hotel reception.

Fire protection

Customer safety comes first, that’s why we took all safety and protection measures in case of a fire.

The access doors to the rooms and the doors leading to the escape routes were treated fireproof, ensuring a direct flame resistance of 30 minutes. There are also smoke detectors in the rooms, the exhaust plan or high-capacity hydrants and fire extinguishers located in the hotel lobbies.

The fire alarm system is automatic and connected directly to the hotel dispatcher and to the security and intervention company. The attention for details was extended to the escape routes from the hotel, these being marked with light elements, supplied non-stop from their own energy sources.

Structural integrity

For Tresor Le Palais, the structural safety and strength structure of the building are vital, depending on their stability, strength and durability. Therefore, combining architecture with structural engineering, the building has been designed to ensure, in any situation, all the necessary security.

The nature of the land chosen for the foundation determines the load-bearing capacity of the land and represents the maximum pressure that the foundation land can withstand, without the risk of breaking it. As for the walls, they take the weight of the building and transmit it to the foundation, ensuring thermal and sound insulation and resistance to horizontal stresses (e.g. wind, earthquake).

Final clauses

We consider that any customer when accessing any service offered by Tresor Le Palais (accommodation, restaurant, SPA, events) has read the terms and conditions mentioned above and has tacitly accepted them.

Changes to terms and conditions

Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by Hotel Tresor Le Palais without prior notice.
